CRAIG WELTON, RCDD OWNER
Mr. Welton, the founder of CommPlus Associates INC brings over 24 years of operations and general business management experience in the communications industry to the company. Mr. Welton is recognized throughout the region for his attention to detail and commitment to his clients. Mr. Welton's career encompasses design/builds for large Data Centers, campus environments, high security locations, and is currently involved in the design for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Local Area Networks, Communications Infrastructure Implementation and several security related designs. Previously he held a management position for a Seattle-based structured cabling company, which provided services to several major NW customers. While working in the Seattle area, he has guaranteed consistency to his customers through a set of personalized standards and his commitment to meet the ever-changing world of telecommunications. Prior to his work in the NW region, he held the position of President at Datarush, a cable manufacturing company in the Los Angeles area. As an RCDD, Mr. Welton is actively involved with the BICSI, CSI and SCTE organizations.
INSTALLATION, ESTIMATING & COORDINATION
KIRK WELTON PROJECT SUPERINTENDANT
Kirk is a general project superintendent at CommPlus Associates. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the installation, testing and supervision of copper and fiber cabling for inside and outside plant applications. He holds certifications in Avaya, Siemons, Corning and Ortronics. Kirk's project experience includes large office build outs, commercial high rise buildings, universities, government, hi-tech data centers, and hospital buildings. His most recent projects include the installation of 5-miles of underground outside plant copper and fiber optic cabling at Fort Lewis Washington and McChord Air Force Base.
Kirk has worked on systems for large and small customers such as Microsoft, Intel, Boeing, City of Seattle, City of Denver and several Las Vegas casinos.

SARA NAYLOR
CommPlus Associates goal is to provide customer support both in the field and office. Sara is experienced in submittal packages, statement of qualifications, time and materials billing, not to exceed contract billing.
